Tools required for disassembly: Phillips screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card.

Starting near the bottom of the phone, lever the bezel away from the
phone. It's held on lightly with double sided tape.

With the bezel removed your phone should look like
below. Remove the six screws you see circled below.

Turn the phone over and starting near the top of the phone, run
something like a credit card around the join of the front cover in order to
release it.

With the front cover removed your phone should look like below. The keypad membrane needs to
be levered up at the two points circled below.

You now have access to two ribbons. Release each ribbon by flicking
the black/brown latches back, opposite to the side the ribbons enter
their sockets, and then slide each ribbon out.

Now slide your plastic tool underneath the LCD screen to release it.

You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole procedure for reassembly. If you've found this disassembly guide useful, please support formymobile.co.uk and order the tools and parts you need from our site. We ship worldwide!
