Nokia N95 8GB screen
Tools required for disassembly: Phillips screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
First remove your back cover, battery and sim.

Now move the slider down to reveal two screws, circled below. Remove
these screws.

Now move the slider up and remove the two circled screws.

You should now be able to pry the front cover along its edge and
remove it.

With the front cover removed, your phone should look like below.

If you want to remove the earpiece, turn the front cover over and
simply lever the earpiece, circled below, free.

Below you can see that the earpiece has been removed.

A ribbon connector, circled below, needs to be disconnected. This
attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever it up to unplug. You can now
simply lift the LCD screen away from the phone.

With the LCD screen removed, your phone should look like below.

To continue with disassembly, use something like the edge of a credit
card to lever the back cover away.

With the back cover removed, your phone should look like below.

Now turn the phone over and removed the four circled screws. Next lift
the top cover in the direction shown by the arrows.

Now carefully separate the phone into two halves. The two halves will
still be connected by a ribbon cable. Another connector, circled below,
needs to be disconnected. Again. this
attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever it up, away from the circuit
board, to unplug.

The phone should now be in two halves, like below.

To remove the flex ribbon cable, first turn the top half of the phone
over and take note of the gap which part of the ribbon cable needs to
slide through.

Now carefully peel the other side of the ribbon away from the phone.
It's held in place with double sided tape. You should then be able to
remove the ribbon.

Below you can see that the flex ribbon cable has been removed.

To continue with disassembly, remove the keypad, indicated by the arrow.

Now remove the two screws you have access to, circled below. You can now
lift the circuit board free.

To remove the camera, disconnect the circled ribbon. Again, this
attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever it up to unplug. To remove
the speakers, indicated by the arrows, simply lever them out.

Below you can see the camera, having been disconnected from the circuit
board.

Below you can see the speakers, having been removed. To remove the DC
jack and microphone, first pull the bottom cover in the direction shown
by the arrows. You can then simply lift the DC jack and mic away from
the bottom cover.

Below you can see the speakers, DC jack and microphone, once they have
been removed. Disassembly is now complete. Reverse the whole procedure
