Tools required for disassembly: Phillips screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
Remove your back cover, battery and sim. Remove the four screws you
can see.

Run something like a credit card all the way around the join of the
battery compartment to release it from the rest of the phone.

With the battery compartment removed your phone should look like below.
A number of clips, such as those circled below, hold the circuit board
and front cover together. Release these clips to remove the front cover.

Your phone should now look like below.

Turn the circuit board over. Release the clips that hold the grey
part to the circuit board but make sure you don't break the two wires
soldered to the circuit board. Circled is the ribbon from the LCD
screen. To release this first remove the blue sticky tape then flick the
black latch up.

Slide your plastic tool right under the LCD screen. A small piece of
double sided tape holds the LCD screen in place and will release as you
push the card under.

You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole procedure
for reassembly. If you've found this disassembly guide useful, please support formymobile.co.uk and order the tools and parts you need from our site. We ship worldwide!
