Tools required for disassembly: Torx 6 screwdriver,
Phillips screwdriver,
plastic tool such as a credit card.
Remove your back cover, battery, sim, memory card etc. Remove the
two screws you can see. Push the aerial cover in the direction shown.

With the aerial cover removed you'll see two more screws. Remove
these.

Run your fingernail or the edge of a credit card along the join of
the front cover in order to remove it.

You should now have your front cover removed, like below. Remove the
screw, circled. You can now remove the battery compartment.

Your phone should now look like below. Now remove the LCD frame and
keypad part. It's held onto the circuit board by three clips near the
top of the phone (two on each side and one in the middle).

Your phone should now look like below. Note the two ribbons which
have disconnected. These simply push back into their sockets.

They keypad part is stuck down with double sided tape and will peel
away with a little force.

Carefully lever out the LCD.

for reassembly. If you've found this disassembly guide useful, please support formymobile.co.uk and order the tools and parts you need from our site. We ship worldwide!
