Tools required for disassembly: Torx 6 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Two screws
need to be removed, circled below.

Run something like a credit card under the camera surround. It's
stuck down with double sided tape so will come away quite easily. You
now have access to two more screws. Remove these screws.

Run something like a credit card around the join of the front and
back cover in order to release the front cover.

The front cover will still be attached by a wire. The connector from
the wire attaches a bit like a plug and socket and can be levered off
with little force.

With the front cover removed your phone should now look like below.
Two more screws, circled below, need to be removed.

Now lift the main body of the phone away from the back cover. Turn
the main body of the phone over and you'll see a ribbon connector. This
attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever it up, away from the phone,
to unplug.

The LCD screen can now be lifted away from the phone. Reverse the
whole procedure for reassembly. If you've found this disassembly guide useful, please support formymobile.co.uk and order the tools and parts you need from our site. We ship worldwide!
