Tools required: Torx 5 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your back cover, sim and memory card. Now remove the screw
circled below.

- Push your screwdriver into the point shown. This will release the
clip holding the antenna in place.

- With the antenna removed your phone should look like below. Now
remove the four circled screws. The two black screws at the bottom are
longer than the silver screws at the top. Remember this when you put the
phone back together.

- You should now be able to lift the back of the phone over to one
side, as shown below. A ribbon connector (circled) needs to be
disconnected. It attaches like a plug and socket. Carefully pull it
towards you.

- Below you can see the disconnected plug and socket, circled in
white. Another ribbon connector (circled in red) needs to be
disconnected. Again, it attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever this
up to unplug.

- Clips on both sides of the phone hold the front cover in place. Pry
the front cover away at the points on both sides of the phone and also
pry the front cover away at the top.

- With the front cover removed you phone should look like below. To
release the circuit board pry the black plastic part away at the top
points circled below in red.

-
Now pull the circuit board towards, taking note that it is still
attached by a ribbon, which is circled below. Move onto the next stage
for more information

-
Below is a close up of the ribbon circled in the last stage. This type
of connector is called a zif connector. The pink part is a latch which
opens and closes on a hinge. Flick the latch up towards you and then you
can pull the ribbon out of its socket.

-
Your phone should look like below.

- To release the LCD screen slide something thin and flat like a
credit card under its edge.

-
You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole procedure
for reassembly.
