If you require a new screen, phone cover and screwdrivers, they can be purchased

Tools required: Torx 6 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a
guitar plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Remove the two
screws circled below.

- Run your plastic tool all the way around the edge of the front cover
to release it.

- Your phone should now look like below. Remove the two screws circled
below.

- Now remove the white keypad part. It should come away with little
force. Note that a ribbon and socket (both circled in white) will
disconnect. They fit together like a plug and socket and will simply
push back into place. Another ribbon, circled in red, also needs to be
disconnected. Again, this attaches like a plug and socket. Lift the
ribbon up, away from the phone to unplug it.

- You can now lift the LCD screen away from the phone. Reverse the
whole procedure for reassembly.
