Motorola RAZR2 V8 LCD screen
Tools required for disassembly: Torx 5 screwdriver
- To replace the LCD screen only the top half of the phone needs to be
disassembled. Open the flip so your phone looks like the picture below.

- To access the LCD first remove display window. It is attached by
double sided tape so will simply peel away.

- Your phone will now look like below. Now remove the four screws you
can see.

- The LCD is held in place by a metal frame. Lift the frame away. It
will require a little force at the bottom where it meets the hinge of
the flip. The screen is still attached by a ribbon (circled in green)
which attaches like a plug and socket. Simply lift it up and it'll
unplug.

- You can now lift the LCD screen from the phone and replace with new.
