If you require a new screen, phone cover and screwdrivers, they can be purchased
here:
http://www.formymobile.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=toccolcd
Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Four screws
need to be removed, circled below.

- Run something like the edge of a credit card all the way along the
join of the battery compartment in order to release it.

- With the battery compartment removed your phone should look like
below.

- Four ribbon connectors (circled in red) need to be disconnected.
Each attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever each one up to unplug.
A screw, circled in white, also needs to be removed. The volume button,
circled in blue, will be loose and can be removed. The micro switch
underneath is stuck to the side of the housing with double sided tape.
Carefully peel this away from the housing.

- Below you can see the ribbons disconnected in the last stage. Now
lift the circuit board from the point circled below.

- You should now have the circuit board removed. Note that another
plug and socket type ribbon connector, circled below, will have detach
when you remove the circuit board. Now lift the antenna, indicated by
the arrow, away from the phone.

- With the antenna removed your phone should look like below. The
circled ribbon connector needs to be disconnected. Just flick the black
latch up and pull the small ribbon away from its socket.

-
Below you can see the ribbon, now disconnected. Two clips hold the
circuit board in place. Pull the circuit board away from the clips to
release it.

-
Now lift the metal plate up and slide the ribbon, circled centre,
through the gap. The camera, circled top left, is held in place with
double sided tape. Loosen it from the housing.

-
Now lift the metal plate to the side and you have access to the LCD
screen. Lever the screen out from the point circled below.

- You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole
procedure for reassembly.
