Tools required for disassembly: Torx 6 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your back cover, battery and sim. Four screws need to be
removed.

- You should now have the front cover removed.

- Lever the circuit board out with your credit card. Start near the
top of the phone. Once the top end of the circuit board is loose, pull
the circuit board in the direction of the arrow and it will come away
from the rest of the phone.

- Your phone should now look like below. Three clips hold the screen
to the circuit board. Lever these off and the screen will be loose,
although still attached by a ribbon cable.

- Lift the screen up and you'll see a piece of sticky tape. Remove
this.

- You should now be able to see the ribbon cable. To release this,
flick the metal latch up, which is at the opposite side to where the
ribbons enters, then pull the screen away from the phone and the ribbon
will slide out of it's socket.

- You should now have the LCD screen removed. You also need to remove
the speaker, circled below. It's stuck in place lightly with double
sided tape and can be levered out.

-
The process is complete. Reverse the whole procedure for reassembly.
