If you require a new screen, phone cover and screwdrivers, they can be purchased
here:
http://www.formymobile.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=s3500lcd
Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Four screws
need to be removed, circled below.

- Run something like a credit card around the join of the battery
compartment to release it.

- Your phone should now look like below. A ribbon connector, circled
below, needs to be disconnected.
It attaches like a plug and socket so just lever this up to unplug.

- Now pull the circuit board to the side (a few clips around its edge
hold the circuit board in place) and you'll see it's attached to the
rest of the phone by another ribbon connector (circled). Again, this
attaches like a plug and socket and can be levered away from the circuit
board.

- With the circuit board removed, your phone should look like below.
Remove the six screws you can see and you'll then be able to remove the
slide part.

- Your phone should now look like below. Remove the two screws at the
bottom of the phone. In order to separate the phone into two parts, pull
the front cover in the direction of the arrows then run your credit card
around the join of the front cover to release the clips holding it in
place.

- Your phone should now look like below. Two ribbons need to be
disconnected. These two are connected in a slightly different way to
previous ribbons. Flick each brown latch up and then each ribbon will
come loose and can be slid out of it's socket. The camera, ringer etc at
the top of the phone will be stuck down lightly with double tape. Use a
little force to remove this part.

-
Your phone should now look like below. Lever the screen from the points
circled below then slide your credit card under the screen to release it
from the front cover.

-
You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole procedure
for reassembly.
