Samsung M8800 Pixon disassembly stage 2 Your phone should look like below. Remove the two circled screws. Samsung M8800 Pixon disassembly stage 3 Run your plastic tool all the way around the join of the housing in order to separate it into two parts. Samsung M8800 Pixon disassembly stage 4 You should now be able to remove the back of the phone, as shown below. Two ribbon connectors (circled) need to be disconnected. To release the top connector, just flick the white latch up and pull the ribbon away from the phone. The other connector attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever this up to unplug. Samsung M8800 Pixon disassembly stage 5 Now lift the circuit board from left to right. Note that it is still attached by a ribbon cable and connector. Again, this attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever this away from the circuit board to unplug. Samsung M8800 Pixon disassembly stage 6 You should now have the circuit board separated from the rest of the phone. Circled at the bottom of the phone are two clips which need to be pulled back to release the board for the buttons. Then run your plastic tool between the grey metal part and the front cover. This will release the screen. The screen is stuck in place with double sided tape and removing the screen may be a little easier if you heat it up first with a hair dryer. Samsung M8800 Pixon disassembly stage 7 Your phone should now look like below. To remove the screen from its frame, slide your credit card under the LCD.  Samsung M8800 Pixon disassembly stage 8 You should now have the LCD screen removed.
