If you require a new screen, phone cover and screwdrivers, they can be purchased
here:
http://www.formymobile.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=p520lcd
Tools required: Phillips size 0 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Remove the
four screws (circled) and then two screws on each side, indicated by the
arrows.

- Run your plastic tool around the join of the battery compartment to
release it.

- Your phone should now look like below. Note that when you remove the
battery compartment two of the buttons on the side will also fall out
(shown in the picture below). The circled connector needs to be
disconnected. It attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever it up to
unplug. Also remove the two circled screws.

- Now pull the circuit board towards you. It'll still be connected by
a ribbon (circled). Remove the green tape then flick the black latch up
and pull the ribbon away.

- Your phone should now look like below. Remove the two screws you can
see.

- Now, starting at the bottom of the phone, pull the chrome bezel away
from the main body at the phone.

- Your phone should now look like below. Lift the keypad away from the
phone (it'll be loose).

-
Another ribbon (circled) needs to be disconnected. Remove the green tape
then flick the black latch up and pull the ribbon back.

-
Turn your phone over the slide your plastic tool in-between the grey
part at the screen in order to separate them.

-
Your phone should now look like below.

- Now slide your plastic tool in-between the front of the phone and
the LCD screen. The LCD screen will be held in place with double sided
tape and a little force is required. Please note: at this
stage that the front of the phone has two visible layers. There's the
display window, which is the top layer, then the touch screen
underneath. These layers are stuck together and should not be separated.
You are only trying to separate the LCD screen from the front of the
phone.

-
You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole procedure for
reassembly.
