Tools required: Torx 6 screwdriver.
- First remove the battery cover and battery.
- You now need to remove the front cover. It's held on with clips
along the bottom edge. Use a little force and the cover will come away.
- You should now have the cover removed, like below. Remove the nine screws you can see.
- Now remove the metal frame, like below. The LCD screen is attached
by a ribbon (circled). This connects like a plug and socket. Simply lift
it up, away from the phone, to unplug it
- You can now replace the LCD. Reverse the whole procedure for reassembly.
