Tools required: Torx 6 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a credit card or guitar plectrum.
- First remove the battery cover, battery, sim and memory card.

- Run your plastic tool around the join of the front cover to unclip it.

- With the front cover removed your phone will now look like
below.

- Turn your phone over and push your screwdriver in the gap, as shown
below. Do the same on the right side too. This will release the camera
surround.

- Your phone should now look like below.

- Turn the phone over and remove the six screws you can see.

- Lift the frame which holds the screen in place away from the rest of
the phone slightly. You now have access to a ribbon connector (indicated
by the arrow) that needs to be detached. The connector attaches like a
plug and socket. Lift the connector away from the phone to unplug it.

- Your phone should now look like below. Four clips hold the LCD
screen in place. Bend these back a little to release the screen.

- You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the procedure for reassembly.
