Nokia Lumia 620 screen
Tools required for disassembly: Torx 4 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
Remove the back cover by holding the back of the phone and pushing
down on the camera lens, indicated by the arrow below.

With the back cover removed, your phone should look like below. The
battery can also be lifted free from the point indicated by the arrow
below.

With the battery removed your phone will look like below. Now remove
the 6 screws, circled below. The screws circled in white have a
different thread to those circled in red, so make sure they go back in
the correct place. The main antenna, at the bottom of the phone, will
now be loose.

The main antenna can be lifted away from the phone, as shown below.
Two ribbon cables, circled in red, now need to be disconnected. These
have a plug and socket type connection so can be simply levered up to
disconnect. The circuit board will now be loose.

The circuit board is now free from the rest of the phone.

To remove the camera surround, lever back the clip circled to the
left of the image below, then push down the "pin", circled to the right.

Now lift the earpiece holder free, indicated by the arrow below.

The earpiece holder and earpiece are now free. Turn the phone on it's side and you'll see three metal clips. Pry these
back. Do the same on the other side of the phone and you can then lift
the metal cover away

The metal cover is now free, as shown below. To remove the LCD screen,
first use a hot air gun or hairdryer to apply heat the the back of the
screen for around 30 seconds. Then lift the screen from the points
indicated by the arrows below.

The LCD screen and touch screen/digitizer have now been separated. If
the proximity sensor, circled below, is still attached to the back of
the screen, simply lift it away.
