If you require a new screen, phone cover and screwdrivers, they can be purchased
here:
http://www.formymobile.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=kc910lcd
Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Remove the six
screws you can see.

- Slide something like a credit card in-between the housing and
battery compartment, as shown below. This will release the back part of
the phone.

- With the back of the housing removed, your phone should look like
below. The circled connector needs to be disconnected. It attaches like a
plug and socket. Just lever it away from the phone
to unplug.

- Lift the green circuit board from the phone. It should come away
with little force. Note that when you do this, a connector on the back
of the circuit board will unplug from the phone (the large circled
connector in the photo below). The connector circled connector at the
top of the phone needs to be disconnected. Again, it attaches like a
plug and socket. Just lever it away from the circuit board
to unplug.

- Lift the grey part from the phone. It should come away with little
force. Note that when you do this, a connector on the back of the green
circuit board will unplug from the phone (the small circled connector in
the photo below). The larger circled connector also needs to be disconnected.
Again, it attaches like a
plug and socket. Just lever it away from the circuit board
to unplug.

- The connector circled far right below again attaches like a plug and
socket and needs to be disconnected. The other two parts circled, the
speaker and the ringer, are lightly stuck down with a tacky glue or tape
and need to be levered away from the phone. Peel back the little sticky
gold foil as well.

- Your phone should now look like below.

-
Now slide your plastic tool all the way around the join of the front
cover to release it.

-
Your phone should now look like below.

-
Slide your plastic tool under the
LCD screen. It will be stuck down lightly.

- You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole
procedure for reassembly.
