Delivery and returns

Q. How much is delivery?
A. Standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class, 1-3 day delivery) is free on orders over £15 and only £1.50 if your order is under £15. If you'd like delivery with tracking it's £2.50 , or there's a guaranteed next day delivery option from only £7.50. International shipping starts at just £3 (please allow 7 days for international delivery).


Q. When can I expect delivery of my order?
A. Items are dispatched within 1 working day by Royal Mail 1st class post (99% of items are in stock, ready to be shipped and stock levels are shown on the main product page). Items of high value will be sent with tracking or by courier. You'll receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent & when you should expect delivery.

Q. Which areas of the world do you ship to?
A. We ship worldwide. You can select your shipping area on the checkout pages.


Q. What happens after I have placed my order? Will I get updates about the progress of my order?
A. You'll receive two emails immediately after you place your order. One confirming the details of your order & another confirming that your card has been debited and payment has been made in full. You'll then receive an email confirming dispatch of your items within 1 working day.


Q. I've placed an order but I'm not sure I made the right choice. How do I cancel/return the item?
A. If you wish to cancel before your order has been sent, please email questions@formymobile.co.uk along with your order details. We also offer a 14 day no quibble return policy so you can return any unused item within this period. Please include a returns form with any returns. There is no requirement to request a returns authorisation number or contact us before returning an item, simply securely pack the item and return it to us with a returns form included. We recommend you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office. Accidentally damaged items may not be returned.

Q. What is SSL?
A. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a protocol for enabling data encryption on the internet and to help website users confirm the owner of the web site. SSL is most commonly used to protect communications between web browsers and servers. However, it is increasingly used for server to server communications and for web-based applications.

Q. What is encryption and why are there different levels?
A. Encryption is a mathematical process of coding and decoding information. The number of bits (40-bit, 56-bit, 128-bit) tells you the size of the key. Like a longer password, a larger key has more possible combinations. When an encrypted session is established, the encryption level is determined by the capability of the web browser, SSL certificate, web server, and client computer operating system.

Q. How do I know if a web site is using SSL?
A. When a browser connects to a secure site it retrieves the site's SSL certificate and checks that it has not expired, that it has been issued by a Certificate Authority the browser trusts and that it is being used by the web site for which it has been issued. If it fails on any one of these checks the browser will display a warning to the end user. If it succeeds, several security indicators are built into modern browsers to indicate that SSL is enabled:

- The beginning of the web address changes from http: to https: (the "s" standing for "secure")

Q. Are your products guaranteed/what is the warranty period?
