Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Seven screws
need to be removed, circled below. The six around the outside are longer
than the seventh screw. Remember this when you put the phone back
together.

- You should now be able to pry the battery
compartment away from the rest of the phone. Pry it away around its
edge, as shown below.

- With the battery compartment removed your phone should look like
below. Remove the screw circled near the bottom of the phone. The camera and volume buttons will most likely be loose, as pictured. Circled are
the switches for the camera and volume. They're soldered to the phone's
circuit board and attached to the side of the phone's housing with
double sided tape. Carefully peel them away from the housing. They will
still be attached to the circuit board.

- Now lift the circuit board from right to left, as shown below. A
ribbon connector (circled) needs to be disconnected. It attaches like a
plug and socket. Just lever
this away from the circuit board to unplug

- You should now have the circuit board removed, as shown below. Now
remove the four screws you can see.

- You can now remove the keyboard housing away from the main body of
the phone, as shown below, revealing four more screws The two screws on
the left are covered with little stickers. Lift these off with your
screwdriver or a pair of tweezers. Remove all four screws.

- Run something like the edge of a credit card all the way around the
join of the front cover. This will release the clips holding it in
place. You can then remove the front of the phone.

-
With the front of your phone removed your phone will look like below.
Circled is the speaker/ringer, which is held in place with double sided
tape. This needs to be levered away from the housing. Be careful not to
damage the wires when you do this. Then carefully peel the large orange
ribbon away from the back of the screen.

-
Below you can see the ribbon having been peeled away from the back of
the screen. A circled ribbon needs to be disconnected. First remove the
blue sticky tape then read the next stage.

-
Below is a close up of the ribbon circled in the last stage. To release
the ribbon just flick the black latch up, towards where the ribbon
enters the socket. You can now lever the screen out of the front cover.

- You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole
procedure for reassembly.
