A. Yes, the site is open for orders 24/7. Our ordering system is completely automated so orders can be made at any time.

Q. How much is delivery?
A. UK delivery is a flat rate £1.60 per order, which accommodates the recent changes to Royal Mail's pricing structure. The cost of international delivery depends on your country and the number of items you order. Click here for details.

Q. I have added an item to my basket that I no longer want. How can I remove it?
A. At the top of every page there is a 'Your basket' link. Click on that and you have the option of cancelling your order or removing items you no longer wish to purchase.

Q. How do I pay for items in my basket?

Q. How can I be sure that my credit/debit card details are safe when making a purchase?
A. Formymobile.co.uk uses ‘secure’ 128-bit (high security) connections when accepting your card details online. This means no-one can see your credit/debit card details. Our web server uses Sage Pay (the new name for Protx) to process your payment, a leading independent third party organisation. At no point are your credit card details sent over an unsecured connection. You can tell when a connection is secure as a padlock will appear in the bottom right area of your window. The start of the URL will also display https (the 's' standing for secure) as opposed to http which is displayed on standard pages where no confidential information is being entered.

Q. Are your products guaranteed/what is the warranty period?
A. Your purchases are covered for 6 months from the date of receipt (+ any manufacturer's warranty). Please email questions@formymobile.co.uk if you have a problem with your purchase.

Q. How much will it cost me to call your 0845 number?
A. Calls are charged at your telephone provider's local rate.

Q. How are my private details treated? Will my details be passed on to anybody else?

A. Most items are dispatched within 1-2 working days by first class post (98% of items are in stock, ready to be shipped). Items of high value will be sent by "Special Delivery" or courier. You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent & when you should expect delivery.

Q. What happens after I have placed my order? Will I get updates as to the progress of my order?
A. You'll receive two emails immediately after you place your order. One confirming the details of your order & another confirming that your payment has been accepted/your card debited. You'll then receive an email confirming despatch of your items within 2 working days. You can also track your order's progress here

Q. I have received my order but I'm not sure I made the right choice. Can I return the item?
A. Yes. We offer a 7 day no quibble return policy so you can return any unused item within this period. There will be a small charge to cover postage (plus the cost of any missing items) which will be deducted from your refund. Accidentally damaged items may not be returned. Please include a returns form with any returns.

Q. I have ordered something but it hasn't arrived yet. Who should I contact?
