If you require a new screen, phone cover and screwdrivers, they can be purchased
here:
http://www.formymobile.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=f210lcd
Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your battery, sim and memory card. Six screws
need to be removed, circled below.

- Now lift the battery compartment away from the rest of the phone.

- With the battery compartment removed your phone should look like
below. Three ribbon connectors (circled) need to be disconnected. Each
attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever each one up to unplug. Two
screws on either side of the camera also need to be removed. You can
then lift the camera away from the phone. The volume button and phone
lock switch will also be loose and can be removed.

- Below you can see the ribbons disconnected in the last stage plus
the camera, volume button and phone lock switch have been removed.

- Now lift the circuit board away from the housing, as shown below.

- Now rotate the other half of the phone round and push the circled
end down whilst holding the other side of the phone firm. This will
separate the phone into two parts.

- Your phone should now look like below.

-
Five screws now need to be removed. Move the hinge around, as shown
below, to access two of these. Stickers cover three of the screws and
can be lifted off with your screwdriver.

-
Now run your plastic tool all the way around the join of the front cover
to release the clips that hold it in place.

-
Your phone should now look like below. The ringer and speaker, circled
below, are held in place with double sided tape. Lever them up with your
screwdriver and be careful not to damage the wires connecting them to
the circuit board.

- You can now lift the screen away from the front cover.

-
Pull the screen towards you and you'll see it's soldered to the circuit
board at the other end. Unsolder the contacts and then reattach the new
screen. Reverse the whole procedure for reassembly.
