If you require a new screen, phone cover and screwdrivers, they can be purchased
here:
http://www.formymobile.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=e900lcd
Tools required: Phillips size 0 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a credit card
- Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Remove the
four screws you can see.

- Turn the phone over and remove the two circled stickers to reveal
two more screws. Remove these screws.

- Lift the back cover away at the bottom, then push in the direction
shown by the arrow and the back cover will release. Be careful as the
back cover is still attached by some wires (see the next photo).

- Lift the back cover to one side and you'll see a connector. This
attaches like a plug and socket. Simply lift it up to unplug.

- The back cover is now removed. The ringer, circled, is lightly stuck
down with double sided tape. Carefully lift this up. Remove the two side
buttons, indicated by the arrows, and lift the buttons underneath out of
their slots.

- The photo below shows the ringer and buttons detached. The green
circuit board should now be loose. Lift it away from the rest of the
phone.

- The circuit board will still be attached by a ribbon. The connector
has a black hinge which you need to flick over to release the ribbon.

-
Your phone should now look like below. The next layer of the phone
should now be loose and can be removed.

-
Remove the two circled stickers, at the top of the phone, to reveal two
more screws. Remove these and the other two screws.

-
Your phone should now look like below.

- Lift the screen away from the phone. The screen is stuck down lightly
with double sided tape.

-
Now disconnect the two ribbons, circled. They have a hinge, like the
last one.

-
Turn the LCD screen over and detach the green circuit board. It will be
stuck down quite firmly. Slide something like a credit card in-between
this and the LCD screen to separate them.
Your LCD should now look like below. Reverse the whole procedure for reassembly.
