Tools required: Torx 6 screwdriver.
- First remove the battery cover, battery, memory card and sim. Remove
the four screws you can see.
- You can now remove the front cover. Remove the two screws you
can see and then push the metal LCD frame in the direction shown to
release it.
- Flip the frame over but take note that it is still
attached by a ribbon at the bottom of the phone. You now have access to
the ribbon connector from the LCD screen (circled). The connector
attaches like a plug and socket. Lift the connector up, away from the
phone to unplug it. The LCD screen will now be free.
- You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the procedure for reassembly.
