Q. How much is delivery?
A. UK delivery is a flat rate £1 per order, which
accommodates the recent changes to Royal Mail's pricing
structure. The cost of international delivery depends on
your country and the number of items you order. Click here

Q. When can I expect delivery of my order?
A. Most items are dispatched within 1-2 working days
by first class post (98% of items are in stock, ready to be
shipped). Items of high value will be sent by "Special
Delivery" or courier. You will receive an email to confirm
when your item has been sent & when you should expect
delivery.

Q. What happens after I have placed my order? Will I
get updates as to the progress of my order?
A. You'll receive two emails immediately after you
place your order. One confirming the details of your order &
another confirming that your payment has been accepted/your
card debited. You'll then receive an email confirming
despatch of your items within 2 working days. You can also

Q. I have received my order but I'm not sure I made
the right choice. Can I return the item?
A. Yes. We offer a 7 day no quibble return policy so
you can return any unused item within this period. There
will be a small charge to cover postage (plus the cost of
any missing items) which will be deducted from your refund.
Accidentally damaged items may not be returned. Please
include a returns form with any returns.
