If you require a new screen, phone cover and screwdrivers, they can be purchased
here:

Tools required: Torx 6 screwdriver, Torx 5 screwdriver, thin
plastic tool such as a guitar plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Pull the
silver cover in the direction shown by the arrow and it'll pop off. Some
force is required.

- You should now have the silver cover removed. Now remove the two
screws at the top of the phone. The one in the top left may be covered
by a piece of paper.

- Run a thin plastic tool, such as the edge of a credit card, all the
way around the edge of the join of the front cover.

- You can now remove the front cover. It will be held in place with
some double sided tape but will peel away quite easily. Next remove the
four screws you can see.

- You can now remove the keypad part.

- The two bezels on the side of the phone should come away from the
rest of the phone with very little force. Now lift the circuit board
away from the back part of the phone.

- Release the clip, indicated by the arrow, to remove the metal LCD
frame.

-
Your phone should now look like below. The LCD screen is attached to the
circuit board by a ribbon. The ribbon connector attaches like a plug and
socket so simply lift it up, away from the phone, to unplug it.

-
You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole procedure
for reassembly.
