Tools required: Torx 6 screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver.
- Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Four screws
need to be removed, circled below.

- A number of clips around the edge of the phone hold the front cover
in place. Pry these away from the side of the phone and the front cover
will come free. Lift the cover from the bottom so the last point that
comes away is by the audio jack. When you put the front cover back on
make sure the cover is clipped on at the top first.

- With the front cover removed your phone should look like
below. Now remove the four circled screws.

- You should now be able to lift the metal LCD frame away, as shown
below. Pull the housing in the direction shown by the arrows below in
order to release the circuit board.

- With the circuit board removed your phone should look like below.

- Turn the phone over and you'll see the ribbon that connects the
screen and circuit board. Remove the green sticky tape you can see.

- Below is a close up of the ribbon and connector. The black part
moves on a hinge. Below you can see it in the closed position.

-
You can now see the black latch in the open position. You can open and
close the latch with your fingernail. Leave the latch open and the
ribbon from the LCD screen is free. The screen can now be simply lifted
away from the circuit board.

-
You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole procedure
for reassembly.
