If you require a new screen, phone cover and screwdrivers, they can be purchased
here:
http://www.formymobile.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=c3050lcd
Tools required: Phillips screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Four screws
need to be removed, circled below.

- Run something like a credit card around the join of the battery
compartment to release it from the rest of the phone.

- With the battery compartment removed your phone should look like
below. A ribbon connector (circled) needs to be disconnected. It
attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever this up to unplug.

- Pull the circuit board away from the phone. It will still be
attached by a ribbon, circled below. Again, it attaches like a plug and
socket. Just lever this away from the circuit board to unplug.

- With the circuit board removed, your phone should look like below.
Next remove the four circled screws. You can then lift away the part
held in place by the screws.

- Your phone should now look like below. Now remove the two circled
screws.

- Move the slide up and remove the two screws you can see.

-
Next wedge something like a credit card under the metal part at the
point shown below. Do the same on the other side. You should feel the
part release slightly.

-
Now, starting near the top of the phone, run your credit card along the
join of the front cover in order to separate the phone into two.

-
Your phone should now look like below. Circled is a ribbon connector.
This connects in a slightly different way to previous ribbons. Just
flick the brown latch up and pull the ribbon away from the circuit
board. It'll simply slide out.

- Below you see the ribbon disconnected at one end. The other end,
with the camera, speaker and ringer attached is held in place lightly
with double sided tape. Just lever these parts away from the phone.

-
With the ribbon removed your phone should look like below. Now
disconnect the other ribbon you can see in exactly the same way as the
last.

-
Your phone should now look like below. Carefully lever the screen out
around its edges. It's held in place lightly with double sided tape.

-
You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole procedure
for reassembly.
