BlackBerry 8700 LCD screen
Tools required for disassembly: Torx 6 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Remove the
three screws you can see.

Run your plastic tool around the join of the battery compartment to
release it.

Your phone should now look like below. Remove the four screws you
can see.

You can now remove the front cover, as shown below.

Lift the circuit board away from the rest of the housing.

Two clips on each side of the screen hold it to the circuit board.
Lever these back a little to release the screen. The circled connector
also needs to be released. To do so, flick the black latch up where the
ribbon enters and then pull the LCD screen down, away from the circuit
board.

You should now have the LCD screen removed. Reverse the whole procedure for
