If you require a new screen, phone cover and screwdrivers, they can be purchased
here:
http://www.formymobile.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=m600lcd
Tools required: Torx 6 screwdriver, size 0 Phillips screwdriver,
plastic shim (e.g. credit card or plectrum)
- Remove the battery, sim card, memory
card and stylus

- Remove the cross head screws you see

- With a plastic shim lever the antenna
cover off. It is important that the cover is lifted upward. Gentle force
is required here. Note from the next picture where the clips attach

- The aerial cover is now removed. Remove
the two torx screws you see

- To remove the front cover run your
fingernail along the edge of the housing where the main body of the
phone and front cover meet. This will release the clips which hold the
front cover in place

- Under the keypad is a metal plate, which
is fastened by two screws. Unscrew these and remove the metal plate

- The screen can now be removed and the
phone will look like the picture below. The screen is attached to the
circuit board by the ribbon which connects like a plug and socket.
Simply lift the ribbon and it'll pop out of the socket

- Reverse the whole procedure for reassembly
