If you require a new screen, phone cover and screwdrivers, they can be purchased
here:
http://www.formymobile.co.uk/proddetail.php?prod=stormlcd
Tools required: Torx 6 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar
plectrum or credit card.
- Remove your back cover, battery, sim and memory card. Two screws
need to be removed, circled below.

- Run something like a credit card under the camera surround. It's
stuck down with double sided tape so will come away quite easily. You
now have access to two more screws. Remove these screws.

- Run something like a credit card around the join of the front and
back cover in order to release the front cover.

- The front cover will still be attached by a wire. The connector from
the wire attaches a bit like a plug and socket and can be levered off
with little force.

- With the front cover removed your phone should now look like below.
Two more screws, circled below, need to be removed.

- Now lift the main body of the phone away from the back cover. Turn
the main body of the phone over and you'll see a ribbon connector. This
attaches like a plug and socket. Just lever it up, away from the phone,
to unplug.

- The LCD screen can now be lifted away from the phone. Reverse the
whole procedure for reassembly.
