Tools required: Torx 6 screwdriver
- First remove the battery and sim card. Next remove the four screws
you see
- Pull the front and back parts of the phone away from each other,
starting at the bottom of the phone.
- You should now have the phone in two parts, like below.
- Remove the screw which holds the aerial in place and your phone will
now look like below. You can now lift the circuit board away from the
front cover
- Your phone will now look like below.
- Turn the circuit board over. The LCD board is held to the circuit
board by four clips. Unclip these to remove the LCD board.
- You should now have the LCD removed and your phone should look like
the picture below. You can now replace the LCD. Reverse the whole
procedure for reassembly.
