Tools required: Torx 6 screwdriver, plastic tool such as a guitar plectrum or credit card.
  • First remove your back cover, battery and sim.

  • To remove the front cover lift it from the bottom of the phone, as shown in the image below.

  • With the front cover removed your phone should look like below. Now remove the six screws, circled below.

  • You should now be able to lift the LCD screen and frame from the circuit board. It's held in place by 4 plastic clips, circled below. You can now replace your damaged screen with new. Reverse the whole procedure for reassembly.
